Core Circuit Class

Having trouble with your "core" namely your stomach muscles, pelvic region, including gluteals? Then this is the class for you. Come and join this fun 1 hour circuit class with: Bungy's, balance pads, weights, swiss balls, Oov's and more.

A fun class, designed to get you more stable in the core region. An alternative or adjunct to Pilates. Gives you a great, but safe workout. Having a strong core, means you can achieve much more, improves balance, speed, and reduces low back strain. An antedote to all the sitting and static positions modern day living imposes on us. So get active and come and see us.
