Exercise Classes
We hold a variety of exercise and education classes in our gym. A fully qualified Physiotherapist
runs the classes and they are kept to a maximum of 10 to ensure everyone gets great supervision.
Pilates
Clinical Pilates: Mat based Pilates exercises, levels tailored to suit individual needs—get your core in shape now. Classes are run by experienced physiotherapists. We do not use a lot of additional equipment and are focussed on small classes meeting individual needs to help people achieve their goals. Pilates is a fantastic adjunct to physiotherapy.

This is a circuit class tailored to your main muscle groups and functional movements, it is a fun class designed to build strength and balance.

Yoga Therapy Class
Karen Carmichael takes our Yoga Therapy class. This class has a more holistic approach, looking at movement, stretching and with a traditional yoga focus on breathing and relaxation, this class is aimed at those needing to improve movement, flexibility and also those suffering from chronic pain and stress.
