Our Programmes
We hold a variety of exercise and education classes in our gym. A fully qualified Physiotherapist
runs the classes and they are kept to a maximum of 8 to ensure everyone gets great supervision.
Classes run in blocks of 10 (except Aquatherapy).
Pilates
Clinical Pilates: Mat based Pilates exercises, levels tailored to suit individual needs—get your core in shape now. Karen and Melanie are both qualified in DMA matwork pilates. We do not use a lot of additional equipment and are focussed on small classes meeting individual needs to help people achieve their goals. Pilates is a fantastic adjunct to physiotherapy.
