As of 16^th November 2009, the below fees will apply.

Payment will be expected before treatment.

Materials and equipment can be paid for after treatment.

If there is any problem with payment please inform reception before treatment.

In the event that ACC declines a claim the private rate applies

Failure to give one hours notice of cancellation of an appointment
will result in a $20.00 fee.
